FAQ
🏳️🌈 THE ULTIMATE GUIDE: EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE PRIDE CAMP
Welcome to the adventure. Here, we dispel all doubts to leave only excitement.
Pride Camp is a space of freedom and kindness, proudly open to the entire LGBTQIA+ community. Here, diversity is our strength, and everyone is welcome to share this unique experience, provided they are of legal age. We are committed to creating a safe environment where everyone can be 100% themselves.
👥 1. THE HUMAN EXPERIENCE: "WHO AM I GOING TO LIVE WITH?"
Who are the participants?
The Pride Camp is a temporary queer village. The average age is varied (from 18 to 65+), as the camp's richness comes from its intergenerational mix.
The magic of Pride Camp is that it brings you together with people you would never have met otherwise. Different profiles, ages, and backgrounds, united for a week by the same desire to share. Let yourself be surprised!
The common thread: The desire for a kind and welcoming holiday, far from judgment, where you can be 100% yourself.
I'm coming alone, is that a problem?
This is the case for 50% of our customers. Not knowing anyone is the best way to leave with lots of new friends.
-
The "Angels" welcome: Our dedicated team is there from opening time to help you get settled in.
-
Icebreaker activities: Speed-friending, fun tournaments and welcome drinks are designed to create connections in less than 5 minutes
Is The Pride Camp open to girls?
Yes, they are of course welcome! However, they should know that the vast majority of participants are men.
Is the camp open to international visitors? (English spoken?)
Yes, full integration for everyone! Pride Camp is designed to welcome an international community. Official announcements and shows are presented in both French and English. Some activities will also be conducted in English. Furthermore, our "Angels" team is English-speaking to guide you and help you integrate seamlessly.
Is the camp accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes, they are welcome as we have bungalows for people with reduced mobility (PRM).
Can I come with children?
The event is reserved for adults.
🏕️ 2. YOUR "HOME": BUNGALOWS & PRIVACY
What is a bungalow?
A bungalow or mobile home is like a large caravan, but designed to offer the comfort of a small house, with clearly defined spaces for sleeping, cooking, and washing. The rooms are optimized to save space, and the whole unit is designed to accommodate a family or several people in a compact yet functional space. The bedrooms are minimal in size (5 to 8 square meters). Mobile homes are especially suited for holidays that allow you to spend most of your time outdoors. There are two types of bungalows: shared bungalows and private bungalows.
How are groups formed in the shared bungalows?
We offer fully private bungalows or shared bungalows. Using our Compatibility Questionnaire, which you complete when booking, we group solo travelers by:
-
Rhythm: (Early Bird vs. Night Owl)
-
Atmosphere: (More chill/reading vs 100% party)
-
Affinities: Interests and age.
PRIVACY
-
Bathrooms: Generally, one bathroom for every 4 to 6 people (some models have two!). Our campsites also have communal toilets accessible to all our Pride Campers.
Comfort Services
-
Sheets and towels: the bungalows are not equipped but we offer them as an option when you book
-
Air conditioning: Check the description of your bungalow carefully.
-
Wi-Fi: Available throughout the camp to stay connected (or post your best Stories).
🥖 3. LOGISTICS & SHORT STAYS
Food & Drink: The Complete Choice
A bungalow or mobile home is essentially like a large caravan, but designed to offer the comforts of a small house, with clearly defined areas for sleeping, cooking, and washing. The rooms are optimized to save space, and the entire unit is laid out to accommodate a family or a group of people within a compact yet functional area. The bedrooms are minimal in size (ranging from 5 to 8 m²). Mobile homes are particularly well-suited for vacations where the focus is on spending most of one's time outdoors. There are two types of bungalows: shared bungalows and private bungalows.

Health & Safety
-
Safe Space: The campsite is 100% private and secure. The luxury of total freedom. Let's be honest, privatizing a 6-hectare, 5-star estate isn't cheap! But it's a non-negotiable choice. We're not just renting a pitch; we've bought the keys to the entire village for a whole week so you can be kings and queens, right at home.
-
No outsiders allowed: By privatizing the entire village, we ensure that no outside guests enter the site. You'll only encounter people like yourself. It's the price of your peace and quiet: here, we kiss, dance, and have fun without ever worrying about what others think.
-
Drugs: Zero Tolerance. Any consumption will result in immediate expulsion without refund.
