Note: Given the nature of the event, the processing of your booking data may indirectly reveal information regarding your sexual orientation. By booking, you explicitly consent to this processing.
3. WHY DO WE USE YOUR DATA? (Purposes)
We process your data for the following reasons:

Booking Management (Legal basis: Contract): To validate your registration, manage payment, send your travel documents, and ensure your check-in.

Security and Access (Legal basis: Legitimate Interest/Legal): To control access to the campsite (wristband distribution), manage resident lists (police reporting obligations for accommodation providers), and ensure the safety of property and persons.

Communication (Legal basis: Contract/Consent): To inform you of logistical details or, if you have opted in, to send you our commercial newsletters.

Event Promotion (Legal basis: Contract): Use of your image (photos/videos) for the promotion of Pride Camp on our social networks and advertising materials, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) accepted at the time of order.

4. WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA? (Recipients)
Your data is strictly confidential. It is never sold to commercial third parties. However, it is shared with:

Le Calypso Campsite (Supplier): Necessary for your registration upon arrival, tourist tax management, and on-site security.

Technical Subcontractors: Web host, secure payment provider (e.g., Payzen, Stripe...), emailing tools.

Authorities: Police, Gendarmerie, or emergency services in the event of a judicial requisition.
5. DATA TRANSFER OUTSIDE THE EU
The Organizer prioritizes data storage within the European Union. If a transfer outside the EU were to occur (for example, via a US-based IT tool), we ensure it is governed by appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses validated by the European Commission).
6. RETENTION PERIOD
We keep your data only as long as necessary for the intended purposes:

Booking data: 5 years after the end of the stay (legal commercial limitation period).

Billing data: 10 years (accounting obligation).

"Prospect" data (without purchase): 3 years after the last contact.

Images (Photos/Videos): Indefinite duration as long as communication materials are active, unless a justified request for removal is made.

Credit card imprint (Deposit): Deleted after departure and verification of the premises (maximum 1 month after the stay).
