GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE, INTERNAL REGULATIONS & LIFE CHARTER

THE PRIDE CAMP - SUMMER WEEK

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

1.1. Scope and Travel Agency Status

These general conditions govern the sale of tourist packages for the event "The Pride Camp" (hereinafter "the Event").

The Organizer (TPC Production) acts as a registered Travel Agency (IM075260016), subject to the provisions of the Tourism Code relating to the organization and sale of travel and stays. By validating their booking, the client (hereinafter "the Participant") acknowledges having read and accepted without reservation the entirety of these conditions.

1.2. Data Accuracy & Client Account

The Event is strictly reserved for adults (18 years of age or older on the day of arrival). A valid ID will be required at the entrance. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse access to any minor, even if accompanied, without the possibility of a refund.

Furthermore, the Participant guarantees that all information provided during registration (identity, age, contact details) is accurate and truthful. The Participant is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for identity theft or fraudulent use of a participant's account. Any false declaration regarding age or identity will result in the cancellation of the reservation at the Participant's fault.

1.3. Limitation of Liability (Organizer vs. Host)

The Organizer is the creator of the event. Accommodation and infrastructure are provided by Camping Le Calypso (the "Provider"). You acknowledge that the Provider has exclusive control over the premises (security, maintenance, utilities). The Organizer cannot be held responsible for technical failures inherent to the campsite (water cuts, Wi-Fi outages, pool closures for hygiene) or acts committed by other participants.

1.4. Force Majeure

The Organizer shall not be held liable for non-performance or delay resulting from cases of Force Majeure (storm, fire, flood, war, epidemic, administrative closure decision, transport strike, etc.). In the event of cancellation due to Force Majeure, the Organizer's liability is limited to the refund of sums paid for the stay (or issuance of a credit note), excluding any ancillary costs incurred by the Participant (air/rail transport, etc.).

1.5. Personal Belongings and Theft

Participants are strongly recommended not to bring valuables (jewelry, watches, expensive electronic equipment, large sums of money, etc.) during their stay. The Organizer declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft, or damage to personal effects within the accommodation, including in private or common areas of shared bungalows. Monitoring personal property is the sole responsibility of the Participant. No compensation may be claimed from the Organizer in this regard.

1.6 Acceptance of Festive Character & Noise Levels

The Participant acknowledges full awareness that "The Pride Camp" is a festive and musical event. Consequently, noise nuisances inherent to this type of event (amplified music, entertainment, general atmosphere) are to be expected, including in the evening and near accommodation areas. The Organizer undertakes to respect current regulations regarding maximum authorized noise levels. By validating the booking, the Participant accepts these atmospheric conditions and waives any claim or request for compensation for loss of enjoyment related to noise generated by the official event program. If the Participant is particularly sensitive to noise, it is their responsibility to bring suitable hearing protection (earplugs).

II. RESERVATION, PAYMENT & PRICE REVISION

2.1. Booking Process and Final Confirmation
Payment Constitutes Confirmation: The issuance of a quote or an invoice by the Organizer does not constitute a firm booking or a guaranteed spot. A reservation is only considered final and confirmed upon the effective receipt of the full payment by the Organizer.

Real-Time Availability: Spots are allocated on a "first-paid, first-served" basis. The Organizer shall not be held liable if the event becomes fully booked between the time the invoice is sent and the actual payment by the Participant.

In the Event of a Sell-Out: In the event that a payment is received after the maximum capacity of the Event has been reached, the sale will be cancelled. The Organizer will then proceed with a full refund of the amounts paid by the Participant within 14 days; the Participant shall not be entitled to any further compensation or damages.

No Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day withdrawal period does not apply to dated accommodation services (leisure/travel).

2.2. Cancellation Policy & Absence of Withdrawal Right

No Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the 14-day withdrawal period does not apply to dated accommodation services (leisure/travel).

Cancellation Fees (Scale):

  • Until 04/30/2026: 40% of the total price of the stay is retained.

  • From 05/01/2026 to 06/30/2026: 70% of the total price of the stay is retained.

  • From 07/01/2026: 100% of the total price of the stay is retained.

No additional refund will be made, regardless of the reason (illness, professional, etc.). We strongly invite you to take out personal travel insurance.

2.3. Price Revision Clause

In accordance with Articles R.211-8 and following of the Tourism Code, the Organizer reserves the right to modify its prices, upwards or downwards, to take into account related fees and taxes (tourist taxes, landing taxes) or exchange rates.

If this increase exceeds 3% of the total package price, the Participant will be informed on a durable medium and may cancel their order free of charge. No price modification may occur less than 20 days before the departure date.

2.4. Transfer of Contract & Anti-Scalping

A name change on the reservation is authorized up to 7 days before the event, subject to written notification.

Prohibition of resale for profit: Transfer is authorized at cost price only. It is strictly forbidden to resell a reservation at a price higher than the public rate (black market). The Organizer reserves the right to cancel without refund any reservation identified as having been resold for profit.

2.5. Shared Accommodation (Solo Travelers)

In the case of a "shared accommodation" booking (individual room in a shared mobile home), the Participant agrees to live with other participants. No request for a change of accommodation for "incompatibility of temperament" will be accepted on-site.

2.6. Included and Excluded Services

  • THE PRICE INCLUDES: Accommodation for the reserved duration, access to campsite infrastructure (pool according to hours), access to Pride Camp entertainment.

  • THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: Transport to and from the campsite, meals and drinks, bed linen and towels (unless otherwise stated), tourist taxes (approx. €0.85/day/adult), paid activities, cancellation/repatriation insurance, security deposit, and personal expenses.

2.7. Program and Modifications

The activity program is provided for information purposes only. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or replace certain services (artists, schedules) based on technical or meteorological constraints.

If the Organizer is unable to provide a major part of the planned services, it will offer replacement services of equivalent or superior quality at no extra cost. These adjustments shall not give rise to any refund or compensation as long as they do not substantially modify the nature of the stay.

III. SECURITY DEPOSIT (CAUTION) & FEES

A deposit is mandatory to guarantee against damages and ensure compliance with regulations. It applies according to your booking method:

  • Whole bungalow booking: A single deposit for the accommodation of €400.

  • Room or bed booking: A deposit per person of €100.

This is managed via a bank pre-authorization upon arrival. Failure to provide a deposit may result in denied access to the event. You authorize the following charges:

  • Cleaning: €150 if the accommodation is not returned clean.

  • Noise Nuisance: €100 per recorded instance of nighttime disturbance.

  • Late Checkout: €20 per 15-minute delay.

  • Undeclared Animal: €15 per day per animal.

  • Damages: Invoiced at replacement cost (see Inventory Annex).

The deposit will be released within a maximum of 15 days after the event.

IV. INTERNAL REGULATIONS & SECURITY (ZERO TOLERANCE)

Access to the campsite implies acceptance of these regulations. Any serious breach will result in immediate expulsion without refund.

4.1. Drugs and Illicit Substances

ZERO TOLERANCE. Possession, consumption, or trafficking of narcotics is strictly prohibited.

Anyone caught using drugs, or requiring medical assistance following the consumption of illegal substances, will be expelled immediately and permanently from the event. This expulsion does not entitle the Participant to any refund. Authorities will be systematically informed.

4.2. Tranquility and Noise

  • Noise Management & Party Zones: "Organized" noise occurs at times and locations defined by the Organizer. The Participant accepts the sound level associated with these festivities.

  • "Wild" Noise (Individual Nuisance): Outside official entertainment zones, quiet must be respected around the bungalows. Personal portable speakers must not disturb neighbors.

  • Noise Curfew (Total Silence): To ensure everyone’s rest after the party, total silence is required throughout the camp (including inside bungalows) between 02:30 AM and 07:00 AM. Any proven disturbance during this window will result in a €100 deposit deduction.

4.3. Security and Access

  • Wristband: Mandatory to be worn on the wrist 24/7.

  • Visitors: No outside visitors are allowed on the premises for everyone's safety.

  • Vehicles: Traffic prohibited between 11:00 PM and 07:00 AM. Parking only in the assigned spot.

4.4. Daily Life

  • Fire/Tobacco: Open fires are prohibited. Strict ban on smoking/vaping inside rental units.

  • Animals: Category 1 & 2 dogs are prohibited. Leash mandatory. Never leave the animal alone in the accommodation.

4.5. Behavior, Respect, "Safe Space" & Dedicated Zones

The Organizer promotes an environment of freedom and kindness ("Sex-Positive"). However, respect for others and the law impose strict zoning rules:

  • General Common Areas (Pool, Restaurant, Main Paths): These locations remain subject to standard rules of public decency.

  • Authorized Zones: Intimate encounters must be limited to the privacy of accommodation or exclusively within the specifically marked outdoor space dedicated to this purpose.

The Organizer reserves the right to immediately expel any Participant whose behavior compromises the safety or integrity of others. Grounds for immediate expulsion include: violence, harassment (sexual/moral), discrimination (racism, sexism, transphobia), theft, or intentional damage. Exclusion leads to contract termination at the Participant's exclusive fault, without refund.

4.6 Aquatic Safety & Alcohol

Access to the aquatic area is subject to the specific internal regulations of the Campsite (swimwear required, no smoking/eating). For obvious safety reasons, pool access is strictly prohibited to persons in a state of manifest intoxication. Security staff or lifeguards have full authority to bar access to anyone whose behavior presents a risk to themselves or others. No claim will be admissible in the event of exclusion for this reason.

V. DATA, IMAGE & LEGAL

5.1. Image Rights

By participating, the Participant authorizes the Organizer to photograph and film them. The Participant grants the Organizer, free of charge and worldwide, the right to use their image on any medium (Internet, Social Networks, Advertising) for the promotion of the event for a period of 10 years.

5.2. Documents & Insurance

The Participant is solely responsible for the validity of their identity documents. Cancellation insurance is not included in the price. It is strongly recommended to take one out personally.

5.3. Claim Procedure

Any failure observed in the execution of the contract must be reported on-site as soon as possible to the Organizer.

Any subsequent claim must be sent to the Organizer by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, accompanied by supporting documents, within a mandatory period of 30 days after the end date of the stay. After this period, no claim will be accepted.

5.4 Personal Data Protection (GDPR):

The information collected is necessary to process your order and organize the stay. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data. To exercise this right, contact infos at thepridecamp.com. Your data is only transmitted to partners strictly necessary for the execution of the stay (host, insurance) and is not sold to third parties.

VII. ANNEX B: COMMON LIFE CHARTER AND ETIQUETTE

By validating a shared accommodation booking, the Participant agrees to respect the following charter:

1. FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY & DISPUTE MANAGEMENT

We know accidents happen. To avoid any guest being unfairly penalized, we apply the rule of "Indivisible Solidarity":

  • The "You break it, you pay for it" principle: In case of breakage or loss, the responsible person spontaneously comes forward and immediately reimburses the amount due.

  • The Solidarity Clause (if no responsible party): If damage or loss is found and no one takes responsibility, or in case of disagreement, the cost will be divided equally among all occupants of the accommodation. The group is united: in the absence of an identified culprit, everyone assumes responsibility.

  • Cleaning Fees: If the accommodation is not returned in a satisfactory state and the campsite charges the cleaning fee (€150), this sum will be owed jointly by all occupants, unless the group unanimously identifies the source of the negligence.

2. LIFE RHYTHMS & SLEEP

We love to party, but sleep is precious to go the distance.

  • Nightly Respect: If I return late or wake up early, I imperatively respect the sleep of those already sleeping (dim lights, silence, closing doors gently).

  • Imposed Silence: I note that "Total Silence" is required on the camp from 02:30 AM to 07:00 AM. Noisy "after-parties" in the bungalow are prohibited for the well-being of neighbors and roommates.

3. HYGIENE & INTERIOR ("Make yourself at home")

No one is here to play the role of parent or cleaning staff for others.

  • Common Areas: I do not leave personal belongings lying around in the living room or walkways.

  • Kitchen, Toilets & Bathroom: The rule is simple: I leave the place as I would like to find it. Used dishes must be washed, dried, and put away.

  • Tobacco: Out of respect for non-smokers and for fire safety, it is strictly forbidden to smoke or vape inside.

4. SECURITY & SERENITY (Zero Tolerance)

We are here to have fun in a secure and legal setting.

  • Substances: I am aware that the consumption or possession of narcotics results in immediate expulsion. I commit to not putting my roommates in danger (legal or collective expulsion) through my personal actions.

  • Visitors: For the security of our personal property, I do not invite anyone outside the event or unknown to the group to sleep in the accommodation.

5. DEPARTURE & CHECK-OUT INVENTORY (Trust Clause)

The end of the stay should not be a source of conflict.

  • Collective Presence: The exit inventory with the campsite representative or Organizer should, as far as possible, be done in the presence of all occupants. This is the time to check together that no deductions will be applied.

  • Early Departure: If I must leave the accommodation before the final inventory (train, professional obligation), I expressly waive any future dispute. I accept in advance the findings made by my remaining roommates and the campsite, and I commit to paying my share of any potential costs (cleaning or breakage) noted in my absence. The person returning the keys must not be the victim of the group.

6. CONVIVIALITY

The secret to a good house-share is communication. If something bothers me, I talk about it calmly and directly. If a remark is made to me, I welcome it with kindness. We are here to share great moments!

Would you like me to create a summary checklist of the most important rules for you to share with your participants?
